Stephanie Chomyk joined Keais Records Service, now known as Ontellus, in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative in the Houston office. Before joining AMFS in 2018, she applied her legal knowledge in roles spanning customer service, account management, client setup and customer success management. Stephanie obtained her Paralegal Certification from the University of Houston, where she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Ani Shehova has a track record for ensuring clients and experts maximize the value of their engagement. As an AMFS Case Manager, she oversees a case’s administrative tasks and liaises between attorney and expert, streamlining the process for both parties. A paralegal graduate from San Francisco State University, Ani earned her law degree in Bulgaria before moving to the U.S., in 2013. She currently resides in Walnut Creek, California, where she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her two-year-old son.
Lauren Koch joined the AMFS team starting in August of 2022. She comes to AMFS with many years of legal experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 2017 from Sam Houston State University in Criminal Justice with a specialty in Victim Studies. She gained knowledge by working at firms that specialize in mass tort, litigation, and auto accident matters. Not only is she well diverse in the legal field, but she worked on the Hurricane Harvey project with the state of Texas and FEMA. Lauren’s paralegal background and legal experience is what helps her excel in the Business Development Manager role. Newly married with her first child, Lauren is dedicated to her growing family and growing with the AMFS team.
Tanya joins AMFS with extensive legal experience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005, followed by a Paralegal Certification from LSU in 2007. In addition to her legal proficiency, Tanya is also a registered nurse, which enriches her perspective with diverse medical experience. As the Expert Relations Manager, Tanya collaborates closely with the business development team and AMFS medical experts to identify case-winning specialists for clients nationwide. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children.
