At AMFS we offer two different types of case reviews for you to take advantage of. During the initial case review, our Physician Advisory Panel will review the facts of your case and provide an objective expert opinion on the merits of your case to help you determine whether or not the case is worth pursuing. You can also submit your case for a medical case file review. A physician will review your case and help you identify all the sources of liability, alternate theories of liability, potential defenses, counter claims and cross-examinations.
If you choose to move forward with your case, we’ll begin searching our vast network of over 6,000 medical expert witnesses to find the most qualified and experienced candidates for your case. You will be given the opportunity to review candidates and decide which expert you’d like to pursue for your case before any cost is due. After you’ve selected and retained a medical expert witness, our Case Managers will provide assistance on tasks such as time estimates, deadline tracking, and billing through the duration of the case.
